    Changes since v1.0.10:

    • Unify file/contents/url naming across copy, run, include, and gpg-key
    • Log a command's stderr the same way its stdout already was
    • Make docker install include consistent across debian and ubuntu.
    • Add builder.bootstrap.debootstrap.user for creating a login user
    • Support downloading/copying local packages in the package step
